Most "letterpress" you see online isn't pressed by the people selling it — it's farmed out, drop-shipped, or digitally printed and called "letterpress style." Not us. Every step happens in our shop, on our presses, by our hands.

    We make the plates

    Photopolymer plates exposed and washed in-house — one per ink color, per design. No outside platemaker, no shipping delays.

    We set the type

    Your wording is hand-set in the layout by a designer, kerned and balanced for the plate. What's on the proof is what hits the paper.

    We oil the presses

    Heidelberg Windmills, kept running by us — wiped down, oiled, and packed before every job. No rentals, no third-party studios.

  4. 04

    We hand-check each print

    Every sheet pulled off the press is checked under a loupe for impression depth, registration, and ink coverage before it ships.

Suites start at $399 for 25 and scale down per piece for larger orders. Upload-your-own suites also start at $399. The price you see is the price you pay — no card-level upcharges, no per-color fees.
Yes to both — and that part matters. We make our own photopolymer plates, set the type ourselves, oil and pack our Heidelberg Windmills before each run, and hand-check every sheet under a loupe. Nothing is farmed out, drop-shipped, or letterpress-style. You can feel the impression on the paper — that’s the whole point.
No — that’s the whole point. You send us your wording in plain text and a real designer sets it for you. We hand-tune the alignment, line breaks, and kerning so the proof looks like a finished invitation, not a template you crossed your fingers on.
Always. Every order includes a free digital proof, and you can request a printed proof for $5. We won’t press your full run until you sign off.
